RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cove Skin Studio, we maintain a strict quality and hygiene standard for all products. For this reason, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
